Our Mission

Welcome to Great Strides Rehabilitation Jacksonville's premiere rehabilitation and special education facility for children and young adults. Our center offers a variety of rehabilitative services to meet the needs of persons who require rehabilitation for conditions including; injuries, developmental disabilities, chronic illnesses and behavioral health problems.

Our services are provided in an interdisciplinary team environment where the team − including the family − works together, sharing information to provide comprehensive and coordinated care. Recognizing each patient and family is unique, it is our mission to help your child reach their full potential.
